Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to reserve.
  • Children allowed.
  • Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (including children, unless under age two (2) and sleeping in a crib).
  • No events or parties allowed. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Pets: Dogs only, with applicable fees (see Fees and Payments section).
  • Reservation must include at least one member of the party who is 25 years of age or older. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at all times.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Be respectful of the house, contents, neighbors, and neighborhood.
  • If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • Please review the cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
  • This is a dog-friendly home: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. For 2 dogs, the pet fee is $350. Contact for dog rules at the beach.
